Awesome Eclipse Resource

The following article was shared today by the Daily Crow and I found much of the information fascinating. Tammy has compiled many of "coincidences" surrounding this eclipse into one place, with lots of links and pictures. This is a great resource for all of us as we prepare to head into the eclipse weekend.  Read it and be filled with many nuggets of info to share with others in personal conversations and online.   Praying for many divine appointments this weekend and that the Lord can help us turn these conversations from the natural into spiritual topics!

The following verse resonates as we need to wear dark glasses to see this amazing covering of the sun. With the special viewing filters you see absolutely NOTHING – TOTAL DARKNESS without the sun shining. Yet, with the bright sun one can see the orb’s image.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
1 Corinthians 13:12

  1. To me the difference between ancient Ninivites and modern day Americans is obvious: the Ninivites were prepared to repent and turn to a God they didn't (!) know after the eclipse tormented by plagues and civil war before; modern day Americans experience the same plagues, natural disasters and social distress as a whole nation (even more than the Ninivites did in one single city only) but completely ignore them coming from a God they know (!) and take the eclipse only as a special occasion for vacation, entertainment and fun. Revelation 16:9 / 16:11 / 16:21 judgement prelude...

  2. I didn't even know what verse it was, but I knew the jest of the verse that stated that someday we shall fully know as we are truly known ourselves...this has for some reason been on my mind a lot lately over the last few days. Then I come for my daily dose of Rev. 12 Daily and see this post practically jumping off the page at me! Is God telling me that time is close...I don't know! Exciting times.

Colossians 3:2-4

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Philippians 3:20-21

But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.
