Showing posts with the label encouragement
September is here again, and with it comes an elevated expectancy of prophetic events. The fall feasts, peace deals and the anniversary of the Rev 12 Sign are just some the things that have our anntena up extra high this time of year. One other thing was the video from Shervin that I shared on the prevous post . If you missed it I encourage you to check it out as he shared some amazing finds that point to something big happening this year! With all that in mind, Shervin shared a very shorty but very thoughtful gospel message yesterday. It is only 3 minutes long, but I encourage you to watch it and share it with your friends and family. Time is short, Father bring us home! Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. Romans 13:11 Note to Sarah (Gospel Revealed): As you probably know, I cannot leave comments anymore, but I will pray for Lily! It is so hard when our kids a...
And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming. 29 If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him. 1 John 2:28-29 Pastor JD provides a timely encouragement to all of us who have been looking forward to the Rapture for so long now. He dives straight into the Bible and encourages us will a message that should fill you with hope and anticipation for the BLESSED HOPE. Jesus IS coming... may we live each day with that in the forefront of our minds. Merry Christmas to you all. I pray that you are blessed with faith, hope, health and godly fellowship during this wonderful Christmas season and all the way up until Jesus returns! Abba Up!
I have learned alot from watching these "Look at the Book" videos by John Piper over the years and was excited to see that he just did one for one of our most precious passages relating to the rapture... 1 Thes 1:1-5! He really breaks down how The Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night... BUT WE ARE NOT IN DARKNESS! Praise Jesus! Jesus is coming soon... and it will be a sudden, shocking, destructive, terrifying event on the world... but for us it will bring JOY because will be going HOME! Abba Up!!!
Hello brothers and sisters. I hope you all are hanging in there as we enter another fall high watch. I am sure the enemy will be ramping up efforts to divide and distract... but small pocketsof resistance give me so much hope. Here is one example.... a singer who isn't afraid to write songs tha matter and speak the truth. If you haven't heard of him, here is a link to his other songs. Enjoy. Abba Up.
I don't know about you, but it feels kinda like the calm before the storm right now. Summer is coming to an end and it seems like everything is going to go nuts this fall. I am sure "they" have something planned, and we will be much better off if we can remember the power of FAITH, especially when we rely upon it against all odds... With that in mind, I would like to share an testimony from a long time reader Lindsay, "Linds" for short, out of England. Her story is quite powerful and a beautiful testament to what God can do when we rely totally on Him. Linds visits this site each day and noted that she has loves reading your comments and has learned a lot from the various links you have shared. So thank you all for making this site one of her "go-to" places to find out what is going on! All I can say is AMEN to that! Here is her story: Brad, I am a 73 year old granny in England and am looking forward to my 74th birthday on 23 September! I...
Like many of you, Greg Lauer is one of my favorite writers. He just so happens to focus on Bible prophecy, which is obviously a huge plus for someone like me! His latest article tackles a subject that is a balancing many of us face daily as last days Christ followers who are fairly up-to-date on world happenings. That is... How do you stand against the obvious injustice and outright deception that is being poured out daily by the powers that be, while similtaniously resting in the peace of Christ and the hope of our soon trip home? It is kinda feels like trying to kneel to pray while being blasted in the face by the winds of an F-3 tornado! Yes, God could surely protect us as we kneel there, but it seems like it would be better to pray while we are seeking shelter and hopfully helping others at the same time! So as these last days tick closer to The Day.... and the huge injustices grow to scales unimaginable just a few years ago, Greg tackles the subject and tells us how to h...
The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. Rev 3:5 Jan Markel has new article up in Harbinger Daily where she talks about how far the world seem to be diverging from us. It seems that things are pulling apart at the seems and we are becoming more ostracized from society each day. But with that, the light of the Gospel, and the Hope of Jesus Christ shines brighter than ever before against the backdrop of this dark and depressing world we currently live in. So if you are feeling weary or down you are not alone... but there is fast approaching a time when we will never feel this way again. Keep looking up!! Here is an excerpt and a link: So everything has accelerated as the Bible said would happen in that last generation, but interest in the phenomenon is at an all-time low. And weary remnant watchmen are left alone and isolate...
“I’d just encourage people that in life you’re going to face adversity and if you persevere, you can get through that, and just never give up. You can achieve dreams and achieve goals you never thought you would be able to achieve.” -Nathan Patterson And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. Galations 6:9 You may not have heard about Nathan Patterson yet... but his story has been getting lots of publicity lately. I have been struggling with what to post recently until I heard about this young man who I believe is an example and encouragement for all of us fellow Christians. If you haven't heard his story, the following 2 minute video from ABC News is a good introduction... Nathan made his debut last night, striking out all 3 batter's that he faced. Initially it was reported that he pitched the elusive "Immaculate Inning" but he later said it must have been a typo. An immaculate inning is when you...
Thank you all for the many wonderful and encouraging comments in the previous post. I am so blessed to be able to be on this journey with you. Without you guys it would be so loney...so hard to stay focused. Because I love you all so much it pains me when we don't interact with as much love and grace as we should as siblings in Christ! So thank you again for the nice words and for the emails I received! Speaking of those nice comments, Lyn mentioned how many people have actually been sharing about this same topic recently. Justin then replied with the info that JD Farag actually devoted a huge portion of his most recent prophecy update to this subject. Once I read that I knew that God had directed that previous post...not me. :) Praise Jesus for that! Anyway, I watched JD's update and thought it would be a great follow-up to the previous post. He is so tender, so understanding, and he really get's what it is like to be LONGING for Christ return. He focuses on a...
Encouragement. Endurance. We all need it, thankfully we know who has it (Romans 15:5-6) Yet we are weary, testy at times, discouraged even. My hope is to help reverse some of those trends in this article. I share a series of bible verses and share my thoughts between... and what really kicked this off was the following line in Gary's recent article which really touched me..... "Still many are still eager and watching, but discouraged and weary as I am. We press on." That line has so much wrapped up in it. I think about the prominent YT personalities who have made such a radical shift in thinking regarding the Rev12 Sign and prophecy in general. I think comments I've recently read that seem so quick to call out one another for any number of things, many lacking adequate grace in my opinion. I think we are all guilty of taking offense too quickly, judging to quickly, perhaps having short fuse. For me at home, I am so guilty of not chec...
Paul from the Zeus Mossbender channel is probably most known for his unique comedic style to his videos...but anyone who has watched him before knows that he almost always gets into some very hard hitting and SERIOUS eschatological insights by the midpoint of his videos. His latest is no different, and any of you who have been following the Rev 12 Sign for years are in for some major encouragement. At about 35 minutes in he discuses the Great Sign and you can feel his conviction through the computer screen. His passion for the great wonder that appeared in the sky above our heads is contagious and a great reminder of just how awesome it is to be alive in this day and age and see what we saw! Here are a couple quotes from his video.. "Never did I dream that the books' 1st and 2nd verses from the 12th Chapter (Revelation) would change my life." and this... "And I would stand toe to toe with anyone who would dispute that it (The Rev 12 Sign) changed the world...
What is the Rev12 Sign all about... That is a question that has been asked for quite a few years now for many of us. That is a question that our sister from Speaking Truth in Love has been asking for considerably less time... but I really believe God is giving her some great insights that appear so obvious to those with fresh eyes. Her video is below (its short, only 11 minutes), and this is something she said that really jumped out at me. Paraphrasing here with some additions on my part: The Rev 12 Sign is God telling us that the Church is near it's full development (Romans 11:25) and ready to be caught up just before God returns his full redemptive attention to Israel (Micah 5:3). It was a sign in the sky, declaring (Psalm 19:1) for all to see that the church age is very near completion and the Body of Christ will soon be "born" via the rapture (Rev 12:5)! I am really starting to love her videos and her humble approach to these things. I think she is so right on...
It's amazing to think that there are many people waking up to the reality of the Revelation 12 Sign long after The Great Sign appeared in the sky back in 2017. We have studied it so much, talked about it for so long, to put yourself back when you learned about it is amazing to me. Well the video I am sharing today was made by a very tender hearted and humble sister in Christ who runs a YouTube channel named: Speaking Truth In Love . I just found it today and I think you should check it out too, it looks great! So what I found very interesting is that in her Rev12 video she describes waking up to the lateness of the hour just a year or so ago. She describes many topics we have discussed way back, but according to her, she has not read or watched hardly any videos on the subject... She simply asked God the following question: "God, what was that Revelation 12 Sign all about?" Through studying the word and keeping an eye open for signs, I believe God has really caug...
JD Farag was on Jan Markells radio show this week to discuss the rapture and how close we could be to that awesome moment. Like most of us, JD believes that all signs are pointing to a soon rapture, and it could literally happen at any moment. But you wouldn't know this by walking into most churches now days. This line is from the video description on YouTube: "We live in exciting times yet very few care." I would expand that and say, "We are living on the precipice of the most impactful and immediately world changing event in world history [The Rapture], and very few people care. After the rapture, the world as we know it will never be the same for all history. Anyone who thinks life will carry on as it has been for another 50-100 or 500 years (as I hear from a friend) is in for a major shock. So with that said, please check out the video to hear some interesting thoughts and things we all think about often...57 minutes. If you are even 1% unsure about...
Lyn Melvin is out with a new post, and I cannot recommend it enough. Her ability to express her thoughts and connect the dots is so amazing. In her sweeping post she intertwines details from her family life with Old Testament prophecy with love and truth that can't help but fill you with encouragement and draw you closer to Our Father. Thank you Lyn for sharing! Here is an excerpt: This past Saturday I was also led by the Spirit of the Lord to read: And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; - 1 Thessalonians 4:11 KJV Then later in the week, I received confirmation of this same message of finishing your ministry through other sources. But on this day as I came before Him I was struggling—struggling with waiting and enduring—as an agonizing longing took hold of me. “I don’t want to stay here any longer!” I begged. “I want to be with You there!” A vision of His face came to me. It was set as f...
49 Days is a long time to wait to be rescued. Adrift in a harsh environment and all alone. 7 entire weeks. No certainty of when a rescuer would arrive. No guarantee that one would arrive at all. Perhaps, like the young Indonesian fisherman who we have all heard about recently, you feel like you have been adrift at sea. Perhaps the Bible and prayer are the only things that help you endure... perhaps like the fisherman, they are the only things that helped keep from taking your own life. Perhaps you feel alone like him, lost like him, tired like him....ready to give up. And like him, maybe there has been several times when you thought you saw your imminent rescue on the horizon only to be met with disappointment shortly thereafter. Perhaps this young man's story is a parable of your own life recently and you are wondering when your rescuer come?? Perhaps you are even wondering if your faith will survive until the day of that rescue. Perhaps you are wondering if ...
