Revelation 12 Daily

Hey guys, I have been taking a fresh look at the text of Revelation 12 and am making some fresh progress and deeper understanding of the message God is revealing in this vital chapter. I believe one of the reasons He put the Great Sign in the heavens last fall was to direct our study toward Rev 12... a chapter that has clearly been misunderstood for far too long.  God basically used the heavens above to put a bright flashing neon light on this chapter so that we would take the time and understand its meaning... So with that in mind I >have a question I would like your comments on if you are so inclined. It has to do with the stars that are cast down to the earth in Rev 12. So here is my question as concisely as I can put it: Do you think the "third of the stars" that are swept down to the earth in Rev 12:4 are actually Satan and his angels which are also described as being thrown down in Rev 12:9? Here are the verses next to each other for comparison: Rev 12:4 H...

Hello all... you may not be familiar with the concept, but up where I'm from you have something called a pot luck. Basically its a gathering where instead of one person cooking everything, each person brings something. With that in mind, I am compiling a few things that Shelia and Jimboni and Alla have shared recently for this post. Perhaps you can add more below. I am in the midst of a abnormal season with my family/work life, so that is part of the reason for my lack of consistency lately... but I pray Jesus comes soon and solves everything for us!  In the meantime here are some things to check out if you haven't seen them yet. (I also see that Scottie Clarke put up a new video today... I plan to watch that soon and share my thoughts on that as well....) Thanks for sticking with me, it is so encouraging to see all your interaction, I just pray we can hold together until that great day. God Bless you all! From Jimboni: G'day Family, in light of how far afield...

On Sunday afternoon I put up a post in the spirit of Hebrews 10:25 asking you guys to share your thoughts, expectations and encouragement with us all.  The response was overwhelming.... literally!  With 182 comments many will be scared off and miss many of the beautiful words you guys wrote.  So if that is you, here is a sample of 23 comments you will find in that post... read these, then go read them all!  Community Discussion - Expectations and Encouragement FYI:  I plan to put us another similar post in the next day or say so we all can continue to 'meet together' as we see The Day approaching. I have been emotional, but not down. God has been waking me up early lately... like an hour before the alarm is to go off, and this morning was no exception. I've been on a Holy Spirit high all day, and I'm so intrigued to see what this week holds. Will I be disappointed if Jesus tarries past Sunday the 24th? Sure! But...if He doe...

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25 As I write this we are now less than 6 days away from what I am convinced is an alignment in the sky written about in The Book of Revelation.  Let me say that again...  In six days I believe a prophecy from the Bible will be fulfilled, a great sign, written in the greatest Book, which could point to the soon return of the Greatest Person ever to come into our lives.  Because of that I am excited about the possibilities and filled with such HOPE! For those of you wondering why we do this, simply read those words above again and ponder the  implications.  I doubt anyone who believed as we do (that this is a legit sign from God Almighty) would stay quiet.  Obviously I could not.  God would not let me, and I am sure many of you ...
