Comparing 2017 with 1988 | Newest from Unsealed

In 1988 I was 7 years old. I had no idea what the Rapture was and I surely had no clue that Edgar C. Whisenant had written a book about it. (I'm not sure if I could even read at that point!) But now in 2017 any talk of this sign by skeptics is hit with the charge of being just like 88 Reasons the Rapture Will Be In 1988.  Is this a fair criticism?  Or is it just a bullying tactic?

Well I never would have thought of this but Gary (bless his heart) over at Unsealed.org took the time to read the book and compare the reasons given with the evidence we see surrounding 2017 and the Revelation 12 sign.  While reading, he found that there were really only 19 separate arguments for 1988 diluted throughout the book... and most of it is flimsy at best.  It's a fascinating study looking back and seeing how such little evidence packaged in such a catchy title caused so much stir...even to this day.

Better yet, Gary lays out the reasons we see why THIS YEAR seems so promising.  The evidence is really night and day when compared side to side.  Night and Day.  My hope is that the dark blemish caused by that old book is soon erased by the fulfillment of this legit Daytime Sign.  Be sure to check out Gary's article...

      By the way, as you can see from the date of my post, we are now well past the solar eclipse and into September. September 23, the date of the Revelation 12 sign, is just around the corner. My personal opinion is that September 23 is the beginning of the tribulation.
      Please don't dismiss me for this but I believe that the church must go through the first part of the tribulation. I believe this because:

      - The church is not appointed to wrath.
      - The wrath of God does not begin until after the seven seals are opened.
      - During the age of Grace, God reveals himself to the world through the church. In Revelation 7, the 144,000 Jews are sealed - THEN the redeemed appear in Heaven - AFTER the first six seals have been opened. Once the redeemed are in Heaven, the 144,000 Jews become God's witnesses on earth - and God's wrath begins.

      I hope this makes sense.
