Hi all, short post today but Gary shared this last night and I thought it would be a great addition to this site. This quote is from a Bible scolar in 1876! Those that deny the solid evidence that Revelation 12 relates directly to the rapture of the church need to take a good hard look in the mirror and at the teachings from these brillaint scholars from years past. "But of far more intense interest to those who love the Lord Jesus, and long for His appearing, is that which is signified as taking place just previously to the expulsion of the Devil and his angels from heaven (Rev. xii. 1-5). For without going into details, which we have considered elsewhere, we may mention our conclusion that the birth and rapture of the man child refer to the completion of the mystic Christ — of which the personal Christ is the Head and His Church the body — as manifested by the sudden translation of all waiting saints, whether dead or alive, to meet their Lord in the air. It thus appears t...
Every so often in these posts I share things I glean from my time reading the Bible to my kids before bedtime. We have been working our way through 2 Kings, which has been at times depressing as we read about a seemingly endless parade of bad kings who did not do what is right in the eyes of the Lord. But then last night we came to chapter 18, and this refreshing (and timely) fellow named King Hezekiah! He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, just as his father David had done. He removed the high places, smashed the sacred stones and cut down the Asherah poles. He broke into pieces the bronze snake Moses had made, for up to that time the Israelites had been burning incense to it. 2 Kings 18:3-4 There where a quite a few things about Hezekiah that really jumped out at me, but one in particular I want to point out that can easily apply to us in the upside down world of j@b mand@tes and insanity that is sweeping the world (clearly setting up the infrastructur...
It has been a crazy week dear brothers and sisters, but God hasn't failed me yet! I am sorry for the delay in the new article, but here you go. I was able to listen to this last night and find it so comforting listening to Gary and Jeff discuss the end times in there calm and logical way. As you know, they are dear friends and I am so thankful for all that they do, day in and day out. God Bless you all... Keep looking up!! I just know that one day soon we will all sit back and be in awe of what God has done these last few years... not least of which is this wonderful community that has persevered here on this little blog. : ) Love you all... ABBA UP!
Hello brothers and sisters. I pray you are all doing well, full of joyful hope and expectancy for the soon return of our Jesus Christ, our ONLY hope in this dying world! I would like to share a couple of videos that really encouraged me lately... This world tends to drag you down, so I hope that the messages shared in these videos give you hope and strength as we endure whatever the powers that be have planned for us next, until we are out of here of course. Jesus is coming soon, and I hope that these two videos help strengthen that foundational fact. Here are the videos: 1. Ty Green discusses are rapture dream from Carl Gallups that clearly parallels the events of Rev 12. (20 min) I love the end of this dream! 2. Ron Goodman gives a message about the clear pattern of the Jewish Wedding tradition and how it prophetically guides us in the prophetic timeline as the Bride of Christ. (66 min) Ron always does an amazing and through job explaining the thi...
